Cakes Plus offers Cake Decorating courses and Candy Making Workshops using traditional methods developed  over the past 25 years. There are Certified Instructors for Beginners, as well as Intermediate and Advanced courses for the experienced decorators. Special courses are also available in the following areas:

  • Wedding Cakes  
  • Rolled Fondant   
  • Gum Paste   

  • Air Brush

Students receive individual instruction, supervision and guidance from our expert instructors/decorators. All students attending classes receive a 10% discount on most store supplies with the exception of sale items. Decorating tools and materials required for classes are also available for purchase at our store.

Classes are usually kept to a maximum of 12 students and are designed to benefit the beginner as well as the professional. Stop by our store to register and receive your class books. Telephone registrations are accepted with payment of registration by a major credit card.
